Sessions

Initial Consultation: 60 minutes $500
Medication Management: 30 minutes $250

I do not take insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider for insurance plans. Payment is made directly to my office in the form of check, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card and a billing statement is provided for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance plan.

Appointment Instructions

Telepsychiatry appointments are conducted using Wickr Pro, a military grade encryption video-conferencing application. Please download this application and login a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

For office appointments, Suite 416 is on the fourth floor across from the elevator. Please come in and take a seat in the waiting area. I will know you are in the room and will open the inner door when your appointment time arrives.
